How to change content in search item ? (members directory)

Thanks again for your work.
Could you explain me how to change content informations in search items ?
When I click on members page (members directory), i can see list of members with contents (age…etc..)

http://www.cinequontest.com/members/
it shows age information but i want something esle ? How can i do that ?
