formidable forms conditional logic with Kleo theme

HI There.I am a licensed user of Kleo theme in the development of a web site. http://www.catchreport.co.za. I use formidable forms to log a catch on the site. It uses conditional logic which work perfectly on the PC. However when I view the site on an Android smartphone. all works well except the conditional logic does NOT work. I have tried using the same form with WP 2016 theme and it works well. I have contacted formidable forms and they tell me its a problem with my theme.(js files)

I need the conditional logic to work as I will be creating a web app from the site.

Can you help me with this problem as I do not wish to change my theme at this late state in its development,

The page is Log a Catch …..the formidable form is Log a Catch. It contains some conditional logic in terms of angler criteria in order to fill in the form.
This works well on my laptop and on a PC. However when you view the site on an Android phone the conditional logic does not work and shows all the fields instead of only showing the required fields.
I need this to work as I am planning to use this site in creating a web app and the logic must work.
My smartphone is a Samsung S5…I tested changing the theme to wordpress 2016 and 2017 and checked the form out on my phone and it works as it should…

2. Another problem is the date picker…This all works on a laptop or PC running win 7/ 8. the widget opens and allows me to select a date;
When I open Log a catch form on my Android phone the date field is there. when selected the date picker widget opens but will not allow me to select a date for entry.Since the date field is a required field you cannot move on and submit,

Hi Radu. Been away on business but managed to test this on my android phone.
The date picker is now working and the conditional logic is fixed.

FANTASTIC….
I can now make this site into a web app for use on smart phones.
Can you please tell me what you did to fix the problem so that I can make sure this works for me on other sites.
