Hi team, I just updated my WP and my Kleo theme. I have two mirror sites, one is my live site and the other in my sandbox site. The live site looks fine. But my sandbox site is missing content on some of the pages. I’ve tried to copy/paste pages from my live site, and even though I can see all the content in my editor, when viewed on the site, it’s all blank except for the header and menu.
Please have a look and see if you might be able to figure out what the issue is. Thank you.

March 17, 2017 at 12:49 #155908joyParticipantHow did you come to this conclusion? Before i go their forums I would like to understand how you arrive at that.
Please keep in mind I have TWO sites, they are identical except for the fact that one is live and one is a sandbox site.
March 20, 2017 at 11:14 #156071LauraModeratorHello, because i deactivated that plugin and then it worked 🙂

April 7, 2017 at 18:04 #157918RaduModeratorHi joymoleta,
I saw that, for example this page: http://sandbox.luckywelivehere.com/activity-2/, right?
In those cases (white page) it’s recommended to enable wp debug to see it’s generated some error related to this.
Below it’s the procedure
Please follow these steps to enable wp debug:
- Connect to your server by FTP
- Look in root directory of your WordPress install and open wp-config.php
- Search for define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false ); and change FALSE value to TRUE
COPY CODEdefine( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
- After this line add this:
COPY CODEdefine( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
WP_DEBUG_LOG is a companion to WP_DEBUG that causes all errors to also be saved to a debug.log log file inside the /wp-content/ directory. This is useful if you want to review all notices later or need to view notices generated off-screen (e.g. during an AJAX request or wp-cron run).
Repeat the described actions and then check the debug.log file and let me know what error appears.
If this is useless please try to deactivate additional plugins except Visual Composer, K-elements, BuddyPress, Paid memberships pro and revolution slider.
After you have disabled the plugins try to see if the error persists.
Cheers
