ParticipantMulti-press is a selection on the cPanel where you can install WordPress so that you can have multiple websites sharing the same database.
Let’s forget about multi-site for a moment, I cannot even install kleo on a regular site, it gives me the exact same error no matter what I do:
“Are you sure you want to do this?
Please try again.”

ParticipantWhen I try to install kleo.zip, I get the error message:
“Are you sure you want to do this?
Please try again.”
BUT, when I try to install kleo-child.zip it does install and then gives me this error message:
Installing Theme from uploaded file: kleo-child.zip
Unpacking the package…Installing the theme…
This theme requires a parent theme. Checking if it is installed…
The parent theme could not be found. You will need to install the parent theme, kleo, before you can use this child theme.
Theme installed successfully.

ParticipantI would appreciate some help on my request. I’m going to review this link and see if it provides any further help. http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-are-you-sure-you-want-to-do-this-error-in-wordpress/
It provides this error regardless if I use the multi-site install or not.

ParticipantThank you!!! What was the issue so that I don’t have this problem again? I plan to purchase several copies of KLEO once I expand to other sites. I don’t want to be forced to keep asking you to install. Also, do you have any bulk purchase price point? I ask because support is far less I would think once we’re experienced with running several versions.
Thanks again for great support!
