    Hi,

    i have just intstalled the last version of the Theme (UPDATE 3.1 = 10.10.2017) on my website: https://www.accoppiamentocani.it/

    but now serach page doesn’t work! https://www.accoppiamentocani.it/cerca-cane-per-accoppiamento/

    There is the Orizontal search bar and i can’t filter. Please help me!

    Hi,

    Sorry to hear you’re having issues with the update, can you please update this ticket with newly created admin credentials so I can look into this for you. You can create new details by going to WP Admin > Users > Add New and creating an account with administrator privileges.

    Please also let me know if you were previously running the 3.0 update before 3.1 or if you have updated from 2.X to 3.1

    user: 7queen
    password: 7queen7queen

    Please help me
    The last version i used was 2.9.4 and it worked good.

    I have uploaded the latest backup with 2.9.4 version. I prefer to keep this version for now.

    Hi,

    Okay, I can understand the hesitation to upgrade, SweetDate 3.0 is a major update. If you’re comfortable with making and restoring backups you should create a staging site, sub domain or localhost copy to test the update and find any issues you experience with your setup.

    Feel free to open a new ticket any time and I will ask one of our developers to look into your issues for you.
