I am attempting to install theme. I get an error message when I click “Import Buddypress Profile Fields”. The error reads: “Could not import. Please make sure you have Buddypress installed and activated”
I am also getting 404 error message when I try to edit with Elementor.
December 10, 2017 at 03:01 #182507Kieran_SQModeratorHi,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear you’re having issues with importing. I tried to access your site using the details provided but I was unable to login. I currently have 2 attempts remaining, please check the details are correct and share again in a private reply.
Please also let me know which PHP version you’re using, if you are using version 5.X please try changing to 7.X and attempt the import again.
Thanks,
Kieran

Let’s import content to your website, to help you get familiar with the theme.
Advanced
BuddyPress Profile Fields
WILL NOT IMPORTDecember 10, 2017 at 16:49 #182553Kieran_SQModeratorHi,
I was able to log into your site and import the fields for you using the theme setup option in WP Admin > Appearance. If you continued to receive this error you should log out of WordPress and purge your local cache (Ctrl+F5), this resolves most issues like this.
You can see the newly imported fields under WP Admin > Users > Profile Fields.
With regards to groups you can set a photo whilst creating the group on the front-end or update an existing group by going to the desired group, select: ‘manage’, select: ‘photo’ and upload your image (see screenshot).
As per your above question, we do offer a premium install service, you will need to email dev@seventhqueen.com with details of your request for a quote from one of our developers.
Let me know if this helps,
All the best,
Kieran
