The admin part is very slow, hows that possible? never had it before.
If you visit my webpage receptenmaker.nl on mobile you dont see the help part above the footer (tryed on iphone/ipad) or is it flash ? only the links are visible..do you also know when the update is coming ? (so pictures in blog post are visible on the blog page)

Hi, There should be nothing from the theme to slow it down it that manner. Try looking in Chrome browser in the Net console what scripts are taking too much to load.
we entered on your site and the top part appears. Maybe if you go to the homepage that is disabled from that specific page from Theme General options – Display options
Update is coming on 10th June where the first image from the content with be shown as featured image

@Patagonia Tnx for helping, yeah i see the report isnt good at all, i tryed for searching a good plugin to lower the size of my images (their are plenty so not possible to do it by hand) but could`t find one (i used WP Smush.it already but that whas before i asked you guys. so that didt worked good enough….)Also installed the plugin Remove-Query 🙂 tnx for that one!

So unless you need them I would add a plugin that disables or at least caches them locally.I used this code: http://bp-tricks.com/snippets/completely-disable-the-use-of-gravatars-on-your-buddypress-site/ but you can check plugins to cache gravatars as well.
Also it seems that your CSS is not minified, so either enable it in bwp-minify and/or install w3 Total cache. That is a good idea anyway, it will make your site faster. Or get a better host, as it takes about 2 seconds before anything starts loading, at that time my pages are already finished.It also seems that you have some redirect from the www version to the non-www version, so check yoru general site settings in WordPress, they should be equal.

related to the bg-body.gif, see if that path really exists on your server since it should be there. Also that comes from the body background in case you have a boxed style set in Theme options – Layout. In next theme version there will be a fix related to this in case you don’t have the boxed version, the css won’t be applied

When activating the child theme try to set again the menu in Appearance – Menus. Also make sure the child theme path is like wp-content/themes/kleo-child/style.css
