I’m using the demo login page for my site, and when I use the backend editor, the page displays correctly. But when I attempt to visit the login page without being signed in to WordPress, the only thing that shows up on the page is the word “Maintenance.” It doesn’t give me an error message, and I can’t log in.

    Thank you for your help.

Hello, i see an internal server error, have you contacted your hosting customer support?
Please try and let me know what they say 🙂

I contacted the web host; they said it was a 500 error, so we turned off all the plugins and it still showed the Maintenance page. We tried using a different theme, and the site displayed correctly, so it is a problem with the BuddyApp theme itself.

    Hi,

I logged into your site and found that you were using the maintenance mode for all users but admin via WP Admin > Appearance > Theme Options > Heading: ‘Miscellaneous’ > Option: ‘Maintenance Enabled’.

I have disabled this for you and non admins will now be able to see your site.

    Thanks,

    Kieran.

Awesome! I’m not sure how we all missed that. Thank you so much for your help.

No worries, sometimes it’s easy to miss the simple stuff.

    All the best,
