To update you. I was able to get the City to work however I still want Age and City to display in directory, not profile page itself. Is it possible to remove Age, City names themselves and just list the info like this below the photo. I can do CSS to adjust tonight.

Re modifying profile, I think my developer deleted the duplicated file, so can you please duplicate member-header.php to child theme and test if the modifications are showing up. He thinks something is not pulling correctly from main theme.
