Hello,
We´ve detected a problem with Thrive Leads related with Kleo theme. The thing is that the visual editor of Thrive Leads is not loading well. You can take a look to this video to see how is working

Can you please confirm to me if the issue happens if you have ONLY the Thrive Leads plugin active beside the kleo theme(if you have child theme deactivate it by activating the parent) ?
Try to delete the theme and to re-download again and to install it again. IF it’s the same please provide FTP + wp admin to can take a closer look.

Yes.
Try to delete the theme and to re-download again and to install it again.
We can´t do it because we will lose the theme settings. It´s the last version of Kleo. This error is happening in other site with the same plugin and the same version of Kleo.

Other user reported the same, until we investigate the issue, you can use a previous version of the plugin, it should work. can you please provide the plugin version with the issue please ?

The version of Thrive Leads is 2.0.39
Yesterday Thrive Leads have updated but the problem persists.

The fix will be also included in next theme update
