I have a problem with my menu, and really couldn’t find how to fix it.
see on the picture
when User hoover menu, it displays its sub-menu, but it opens at the top, so rapidly, if there’s a long list in the menu you cannot click on the new submenu, because it cloes down as soon as you quit the section of the menu you were on.
example:
login            // articles
activities
notifications
my account
sign out
social articles
so if I want to reach “articles”, I can’t because I can’t hover “social articles” and at the same time move and click on articles.
definitly, a menu is a hard work to do it perfectly already…

Hello, that menu is wordpress default menu, cant be edited. you should use the normal menu at Appearance – Menu

there’s kleonavmenu,onepage menu, kleo top menu, or shortcodes. no “normal “menu.and a side menu is the best for mobile apps.
so what “normal” menu are you talking about?Hello, normal menu I mean the appearance – menu options you listed. Not the WordPress default menu ,you should hide that WordPress default bar at theme options because users will know you use WordPress and would be able to go to wp-admin US Ng that bar. Check at our demo we are not using it but the normal menu system

that was strange and unsure for me since the begining, but I thought it was disabled for all users others than admin.

Hello, normal users also see it, so we suggest to just hide it 🙂 Do you need help setting up the normal menu?

well, in fact yes, i think i’d be glad for some help. not that I couldn’t create a menu for users, that seems to work, but I have a menu appearing in header, and I don’t want it and couldn’t find how to take it off…

ok , let’ss be clear, I will NOT give you my admin password. all I can do is give you a support account, and it dures 4 hours. yesterday I responded within an hour to you, and today, nothing. please feel free ton contact mme by phone when you’re ready so you can effectively help me for thiese menus.

Attached is your current menu, i see you have many options, what i would do is under the My Account menu item at Appearance – Menu, i would place all the buddypress profile settings under that one, and try to keep the menu in one line.If you need style adjustments for the menu, let me know i will be here

You need to send that Username & Password URL to your Support Developer. Your Developer then will be able to set his own password and complete the support task, and the account will expire and delete after that designated time period.

and the biggest problem is the menu that you can see over the header image, it’s awful and I don’t know how to take it of.
