I have been struggling the last week with the same issue, i have now re built this site again this morning and still the same issue is present when logging into a new users profile.
I have literally only loaded the defaults as i suspected it may have had to do with my changes, but still the same issue. I have already tried re saving the permalinks and this has had no effect.
Please advise as soon as possible?

Thanks for getting back to me, i have just created one user account thus far and it seems to be happening every time that you login with this user account. Seems fine once you click on the profile etc, and only happens when you create new profiles.
Please see below login details for Admin account as well as User account details

The strangest thing has happened and the issue is back again.
I suspect this was my fault as i “reset to default” the Sweetdate (Sweetdate > General| Reset to defaults)
Can you please re action what you did yesterday to get rid of the 404 error again.
Sorry to do this to you again, can you also please advise what you do/did so that i can do it myself next time.
