    Hi,

    We are currently running version 4.3.11 on https://bondhome.io and would like to update to 4.3.12.In the past our Envato plugin was updating automatically but when I try to do it for this version I’m receiving this error message:

    “An error occurred while updating Kleo: Download failed. A valid URL was not provided.”

    Could you please let me know how to resolve this?

    I had asked the core dev about this and also to check will let you know.

    You can try to re-generate the key meanwhile

    TRy to update the theme using the way it’s sown in the article that’s it’s the new way to make updates since envato wants the products to be updated through their plugin.

    In this case this way always works : https://archived.seventhqueen.com/kleo/article/updating-the-theme

    SO perform manual theme update in other methods fails
