Forget password does not send email to customer. I can not find the cause. How do I fix it?

Sorry to hear you’re having issues the password reset. Can you please go to https://familyclub.laminafilms.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword and try resetting your password there. Do you receive the email?

If you’re not receiving the link via the WordPress standard reset page then there may be an issue with a third party plugin.
Please try the following. After each test please try to send the password reset again via both methods.
– If you have BuddyPress installed go to WP Admin > Tools > BuddyPress and check the option ‘Reinstall emails (delete and restore from defaults)’ – then click repair items.
– Update KLEO and all plugins that came bundled with KLEO
– Disable all plugins that did not come bundled with KLEO
– If you’re using the KLEO child theme and have made modifications to it then please try switching to the KLEO parent theme
