Hi,
If you’re not receiving the link via the WordPress standard reset page then there may be an issue with a third party plugin.
Please try the following. After each test please try to send the password reset again via both methods.
– If you have BuddyPress installed go to WP Admin > Tools > BuddyPress and check the option ‘Reinstall emails (delete and restore from defaults)’ – then click repair items.
– Update KLEO and all plugins that came bundled with KLEO
– Disable all plugins that did not come bundled with KLEO
– If you’re using the KLEO child theme and have made modifications to it then please try switching to the KLEO parent theme
