Abe: I must admit that after having sent you an important request via a private and personal message (informing you of atypical needs due to the death of my father) and not receiving the respect of a reply, and also seeing that your most recent claim that your organization would post an update today (the 9th) has again gone unrealized, I am now finally feeling a combination of frustration and disappointment with Seventh Queen.
I am now unfortunately in a serious bind I will unlikely be able to resolve.
I can’t imagine the range of requests you must receive and the different kinds of pressures you may be under. However, realizing that the income Seventh Queen has received as a result of this theme alone should be more than enough to make fielding important requests a requirement, I cannot excuse the lack of response or the repeatedly missed update claims.
