ParticipantFirefox. Chrome and safari. All have the same issue. If I roll back to v.2 then all is fine.
I think that there may be a bug.
June 12, 2015 at 02:14 #62275sharmstr
ModeratorOkay, finally got the error. Your server is throwing 503 temporarily unavailable errors for admin-ajax.php. Its not just happening on theme options. And its why I was able to save the first few times. Its a temporary error usually caused by server overload.

ModeratorHmmm. A bug is unlikely. I have Kleo 3.0 running on 7 servers. Look for a plugin conflict.

ParticipantHi i turned all plugins off and had the same result. Went back to the old version and it saved ok. The back to new version and it would not save…..
June 12, 2015 at 11:06 #62324taiger
ParticipantI have reverted back the the old version, this save fine. Version 3.0 using Child and non Child both have saving issues (from my end) on Chrome Safari and FF. and tried on two different Macs.

KeymasterHi, I will do some tests on your server and see what is causing this.

ParticipantGreat, I just spoke to my hosting company, and they also had the same issue.
June 12, 2015 at 16:49 #62383Abe
KeymasterHi, not it should save. In Kleo 3.0 the save was done using AJAX, meaning no page refresh, but I think on some hosts that causes some trouble so I changed it to normally save.
For anyone else having this problem, please update this file content from the theme with the content from the attached file until next update
wp-content/themes/kleo/lib/options.phpHi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionJune 12, 2015 at 19:12 #62431taiger
ParticipantNot sure if it is the same issue, but when I post meta (inline under title does not work, or not saving, showing on the front end
June 12, 2015 at 19:26 #62433sharmstr
ModeratorThe inline meta is for the standard layout and it only effects the posts listing page if WP is handling it. You’ve created a posts listing page using VC using the Kleo Posts shortcode. Edit the shortcode and set up your inline meta there. But again, its only for the standard layout, so if you dont show the layout switcher, you still wont see it.

Participanti see, let me take a look at this. One other thing I am seeing a long line on the mega menu.
June 12, 2015 at 23:44 #62513taiger
ParticipantHi not sure if it is related, but I can not find and change/save the colour of the blog post title, which can be seen on the top menu–currently dark grey.
And now we have dark lines on the menu/mega menues,,

KeymasterThat color is in Theme options – Styling options – Alternate – Headings

ParticipantOh man, I have been trying to get my blog pages to show as grid masonry, but it will not change from showing as standard… The theme options is just not responding as it used to…
I thing there could be some bugs…
June 13, 2015 at 02:37 #62559Abe
Keymasteralso on the Alternate section from Styling options make sure you set the text color to white or whatever color you need. You have there all the colors for the section

ParticipantHi there is defiantly something not right here. I did not have this much problems with V.2.
Tried different colour but no change happened..try/test it down your end.. feel that there could be a bug..

ParticipantHi I had to add this to the Quick css.but I would rather have a fix
#main .alternate-color h1, #main .alternate-color h2, #main .alternate-color h3, #main .alternate-color h4, #main .alternate-color h5, #main .alternate-color h6 {
color: #ffffff;
}June 15, 2015 at 09:41 #62825Abe
KeymasterI see you no longer have that in quick css and it works as expected. If you set your colors correctly in the styling options they should apply.

ParticipantPs. How do i get my sidebars and footer back. All gone?
T
June 15, 2015 at 20:59 #62969Abe
KeymasterSidebars should be there. also the footer? what do you mean they are gone? On theme update, only the files are replaced and the database is not affected.
