Hi there – the images in the 3 Featured ITems boxes on my site have vanished: upcycling.xyz
The option to add them or new ones seems redundant now, any idea why?

I exported the old Theme options but it won’t let me upload them, there’s no upload button???
This is really urgent now ive lost my whole site!

Theme options > import/export > import
But you shouldnt have lost your options when you upgrade. Unless of course you enabled the Kleo theme when previously you were using the kleo child theme. If that’s the case, just reactive the kleo child theme.
Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionYes I previously had the child theme. I panicked a little there. I stuck with the upgrade rather than revert back again, just needed to change menus and few bits so not too bad.
But the issue is still there with the original issue of the images missing and no option to add new ones
But you’ve only mentioned Kleo. What about K-elements and Visual Composer. Are you running the correct versions of those plugins as well?

However I am having a new issue where the site will not load nor the backend URL.
I had my hosting co disable Kleo so I could login, I then deleted Kleo and reinstalled with the child theme as before and now its completely hanging.
Any ideas? DO you want my login perhaps and see if its the same for you?
I downloaded the theme straight from the seventhqueen site tonight and uploaded it again.
But now when I try and access the themes in WP it hangs for a long time and I eventually get this error:
Fatal error: Cannot use object of type WP_Error as array in /home/bestbaby/public_html/upcycling.xyz/wp-content/themes/kleo/kleo-framework/inc/pixelentity-themes-updater/class-envato-protected-api.php on line 344
