Paid Membership Pro Shortcodes not working

Please view this page: wandersociety.com/membership-levels

The PMPro shortcakes are not working. The pages just show up blank. And on the Membership Levels page it just shows the shortcake inserted. I reached out to Paid Membership Pro and they said it was more than likely a theme issue.

Can you please help me resolve this issue?

PMPro works just fine with Kleo. Upgrade Kleo to 3.0.4.

I’m experiencing the same problem. On the Levels page, the short code appears as test… it’s not rendered. And on other pages, it’s just blank.

Just noticed that we’re running 3.0.2

I’ve entered my username and API in the options for automatic updates… I’m just not sure what needs to happen next…

As my original answer states, you need to be on 3.0.4 at the very least. Kleo is now at 3.0.9. Long story short, themeforest changed their API. They broke auto update on 1000s of sites. Never versions of Kleo fixes that as well as the PMPro shortcode issue. You’ll have to ftp the update to your server: https://archived.seventhqueen.com/forums/topic/steps-to-update-kleo-theme

I have the same issue that says in the topic, before going online, the membership levels where working not now

Today I opened my website, I had relative good traffic and I couldn´t see to work the membership level
