    Hi again,
when clicking on the community-groups page, there are all groups listed. But there seem to be an error with the counting function: If a group has just one member, the nomber is shown. If a group has two or more members, the number is not shown on the overview page – but correctly on the icons in the detail view.

    The url is http://c9b.75a.myftpupload.com/community/gruppen/

hope you can help me again…

You can see here that it normally works: http://seventhqueen.com/themes/kleo/groups/

So either you have a plugin conflict or you need to update to 3.0.6.

The labels will show up automatically for people who are moderators or keymasters.

OK, I did the following steps:
    – I’ve downloaded the newest version of the Theme and activated it. Switched to the original theme (instead of child)
    – I deactivated all addons except:
    – bbPress
    – buddypress
    – buddypress cover photo
    – Composium – Visual Composer Extensions
    – Contact Form 7
    – K Elements
    – Paid Memberships Pro
    – rtMedia for WordPress, BuddyPress and bbPress
=> no change, still missing the members count
    – I deactivated and reinstalled BuddyPress
=> no change, still missing the members count

Do you have any more Ideas?

Did you clear your server cache? Does it show how many members with the 2015 theme enabled?

again the same: it shows 1 Member – or nothing 🙁

    I also checked the bp_groups_groupmeta – table: “total_member_count” shows “3”

So, it doesnt show with the 2015 theme either. That rules out Kleo as being the issue. Perhaps you can find a solution on the Buddypress forum.
