If use custom design options to enable then i can not save (rotate save changes button but does not save just rotating gif).
(I would like to change elements bottom margin 35px to 10px ‘coz under row gap is too big, i think more than 35px but can not save elements bottom margin for 10px nor as a test.)
Most VC saving issues are caused by not allocating enough memory to WP. Also, try downgrading to VC 4.6.1. Kleo hasnt been tested with VC 4.6.2

Also, none of your k-elements shortcodes or design options are showing up. Maybe because its installed at the network level instead of the site level? I dont have a multisite install to test that.

With the k-elements working correctly, you’ll have several new row settings. There are margin and padding settings that should solve your 35px issue. See attached.
