I tested this on my local environment and the shortcode it’s working correctly.
Please wait util tomorrow, a new update will be released try then ant let me know.
If after update doesn’t work, please provide me url and admin credentials.

I updated Kleo, VC and Revolution Slider, but this did not fix the problem.

I tested on your website it not works but i tested again on my local install and it works correctly, it’s very possible that this issue to be caused by one of your installed plugins, i suggest you to disable the plugins that not comes with the kleo theme one by one to identify what it causing the problem.

Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solutionI did as you suggested. It does not work with all plugins deactivated except Buddypress, K Elements, BBpress, Rev Slider, Visual Composer.
When I turn off K Elements, it begins to work however shortcode elements are not resolved.

I could not identify what causing the problem, i’ve tried few times today to login to your wp dashboard but unsuccessfully it says wrong credentials, please leave same credentials until i will give you a verdict.
