ParticipantWe will sell membership through woocommerce products because otherwise our payment tunnel will not work (holland-ideal). So we would like to make a link to the shop when someone has no membership. The profile picture has a button obove it which membership they have, when thery are not a member yet they can click it bit at our site that leads to the profile settings instead of the sale page.
see screenshot of a member and non member. At the bottom left corner you can see the links followed. The “upgrade account”button must get a link to the shop. How do we do that?October 9, 2015 at 16:33 #81610Laura

ParticipantHi Laura. I found something too. Don’t know if it is the right thing I did but after examining the code It pointed to pmpro_levels. And in pmpro settings you can assign a page to that. See prt scr.

ModeratorHello, i am very sorry that you encountered this issue, it could have been related to the child theme modifications, so the solution would have been deleting the file.
I understand how you feel, but i would encourage you to continue using this support forum if you have any issue, because we will be glad to help you, if you prefer to be helped by someone else i will also understand.

ParticipantThanks for your apologies. It was brave to do that public.
I had contact before with Radu. That worked really well. Response was quick and he told me brief what he had altered and where. So in future I understand the ways things work.
