When I scroll down my homepage, there is a spot where the Slider skips or jumps. it seems to be cause by some kind of setting of the header but i’m not sure what.

Mark as a solutionStarting from the very top of the page, as I scroll down the page, there seems to be a spot where the screen jumps or skips. It is happening with Chrome and Firefox. (my site doesn’t seem to work at all with Safari) I have attached a quick screen video that I hope will help.
