Hi,
We just noticed our buddypress user avatars are not showing on posts (for example blog posts). I made sure to check “display avatars” in the discussion settings but they keep displaying the default image. Is there another setting I’m not aware of that will fix this issue? Thanks!

That was caused by setting from wp-admin -> settings -> discussion -> default avatar.

Can you be more specific by providing a screenshot that pointing out the elements ?

Mark as a solutionYes, so in this image on the left it is showing the random avatars as comments in a blog post. But each of these users has a custom image set as their Buddypress profile photo (see right side of attached photo). Is there a reason it isn’t showing these instead?

I’ve added this to improvement list, this issue will be fixed in next update,
Meanwhile when the issue is patched i will provide you a temporary solution until the theme update.
