Buddypress avatar not showing on posts

Hi,

We just noticed our buddypress user avatars are not showing on posts (for example blog posts). I made sure to check “display avatars” in the discussion settings but they keep displaying the default image. Is there another setting I’m not aware of that will fix this issue? Thanks!

Hi,

That was caused by setting from wp-admin -> settings -> discussion -> default avatar.

Thank you, that is much better! Although is there a reason why the Buddypress photos themselves don’t show up in the post comments?

I see the issue,

I’ve added this to improvement list, this issue will be fixed in next update,

Meanwhile when the issue is patched i will provide you a temporary solution until the theme update.
