Hello,
please advice us – more then for two month we have problems editing posts on our website – international multilingual news outlet http://empr.media
We use the latest version of Kleo and all the plugins from the update box but it still does not work properly.
Unfortunately 7th Queen support team also can’t help us so far to solve this issue that so much affecting our international audience and our business.
Therefore we demand: 1) technical support involvement in order to solve this problem ASAP, or 2) money back withdrawal for us to be able get new product from other developer.

Have you disabled all plugins except Visual Composer? Have you tried to clear your browser cache? If you have caching on your server or a cdn in place, have you purged those?

If you look at the error, its happening on line 228 of /wp-includes/js/thickbox/thickbox.js. I compared the line on your site to my site and part of your code is commented out.

I don’t see any commented out code in this file… File is the same on server, and I have also compared it with most recent downloaded wordpress.org
Maybe you have checked different server?
The line 228 is completely ok: jQuery(“#TB_window”).css({‘visibility’:’visible’});
Can you provide your reference file or generate diff-partch from your file and our, so we can understand what’s wrong.

Please provide ftp access to check since I see an Adsense options in Settings that is not WordPress default and I have disabled all the plugins… so that should not be there..

November 10, 2015 at 01:08 #86509AbeKeymasterHi, I just fixed it. It was a strange issue but I managed to debug it. It was related to the post metaboxes added by Kleo and a Js error. Now all should be fine and the fix will be available in the next update.

PS: I loaded the homepage and you have lots of posts which will decrease the page load. I also saw that they are mostly videos which will slow down the page even more since they will all load from youtube. You can try a plugin for lazy loading videos.All the best
