Hi,
I have strange problem – i didnt have shordcode Kleo Posts. I’ve imported page “Home News Magazine” and if i try modify it i see just name Kleo Posts and no edit button – http://take.ms/fWU1q
And in VC there is no shortcode – http://take.ms/cWLlv
For the post issue, did you clear your server cache/cdn after upgrading Kleo and K-elements? Have you looked for plugin conflicts?
For the transparent menu issue, do not turn it on in theme options (site-wide). Only enable it for pages that need it by bringing up the page in page editor, scrolling down to the theme general settings section and checking transparent main menu.

Now i have strange message in Theme options, that wasn’t in the morning http://take.ms/9lNzP
I turned off all plugins (only k-elements/v-composer were active) it doesnt help – http://take.ms/mTyZH btw i have my website ip address in HostsLooks like the Kleo Posts shortcode is missing completely so that’s why you cant get into the settings. Try reinstalling k-elements.

Can you show in which folder it is? I tried to make reinstal 3 or 4 times via wordpress and filezilla – no changes 🙁 – no shortcode in VC
Do you code to add manually KleoPosts to VC using map shortcode feature?The vc_map change code for that shortcode is in /k-elements/compat/plugin-js-composer/config.php

You installed K-elements 3.08. I cant delete it. Can you please delete the k-element folder so we can install K-elements 3.1.1

If you installed it from the zip that you downloaded from Themeforest, then it must have been an old version of it. Installing it from Appearance > Install Plugins will install the latest version.

@abe – Can you take a look at this? I disabled every extension except k-elements and VC. I even tried to reinstall k-elements and vc. Still cant get the Kleo Posts shortcode to register (show up) in VC. I dont see any errors in the console either.

Hello, Maybe K-elements version is old. If you have the latest Kleo 3.1 version, delete the K-elements plugin from the PLugins page and then install it again

i’ve isntalled all versions from 3,08 till last 3,11 – no changes. I have latest VC and latest K-elements. In 1st post you can find website, login and pass with admin rights. You can do all you need -turn off/reinstall plugins, i’ve made a backup.

well… you somehow edited the allowed elements from VIsual composer settings and it was disabled.

It was really hard to debug since it was not related to our theme
