Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased your Sweet date theme, but have no succsses of uploading it on WP platform whatsoever. I have only tried to uplod sweetdate.zip file and then was going to upload sweetdate-child.zip, but nothing would happen. It keeps coming up with ‘try again’ or it would say that ‘interenet connection has timed out’ even though it is perfectly fine and I can do whatever else on it, like watch movies, download, etc would not get this problem, it only happens when I try to upload the theme. I would really appreaciate some help, please.
Hello, please try using FTP, at your hosting provider you will find file manager or FTP Account, you can use both, upload the .zip files and then extract the content at wp-content/themes

Hello, what do you mean the FTP server? I purchased the theme yesterday and am getting that same error as well. Thanks
Hello @amandaquist83 at your hosting cpanel, you should see a File Manager, usually the site files are at public_html just find wp-content/themes and drop the .zip files of the main theme and child theme then extract them there 🙂

Hello Laura, I figured it out. Now the only problem I’m having is that my email confirmations messages are not sending to new users. All my email settings look to be set up properly. Any solutions?
