    Hi there,

My “Membership” page and “Search” page have suddenly stopped redirecting for non-members. They now show a 404 error page and i have no idea why this could be.

I have checked the settings on the “Menu” page and all seems to be fine. But when i visit the website as a non-member it shows the 404 page and redirects to a sign-up URL: http://d8pros.com/membership-account/membership-levels-sign-up

The problem is, i haven’t set that as the page i want it to visit, i set it as the general membership-levels/ page.

Can you help please. The same is happening for the “Search” button for non-members.

    Thanks

Hello, try going to Settings > Permalinks and if its in post name, click save, if its not in post name, select post name and save.
Let me know if this works, if not please share admin credentials so i can check it out 🙂

    Hi Laura,

It still didn’t work. See attached what i set it to and clicked save.

But the URL’s are still wrong: http://d8pros.com/membership-account/membership-levels-sign-up

It ends in (sign-up)but it should only be membership-levels/. Sure, what is your email, i will create temporary admin login details for you.

Thanks for your help Laura. 🙂

    Hi Laura,

Also it shows this really strange Fatal Error Message:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 3072 bytes) in /home/sobachande1/public_html/wp-includes/class-simplepie.php on line 3071

    What does that mean?

Hello, please add this to wp-config.php

    define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '192M');

For the first issue, have you tried deactivating some plugins and testing again?

    Hi Laura,

I tried deactivating some plugins that i previously loaded but still no luck.

The pages still show the same errors. Do you have a support email which i can create admin credentials for? You can then log in and have a look?

    Regards,

    D8Pros team

    Hi Laura,

Sure you can log in with these details:

    Username: SulikaM
    Password: corushotels123

Also, can you have a look at the “Search” function. It currently does not work and has also some error when searching for profiles. E.g if you search for “Males” in “United Kingdom” – it returns no results.

Please can you check this for us as well.

    Regards,

Hello, @D8Pros your membership page is http://d8pros.com/membership-account/membership-levels/
And it will appear when the user logs in if he has no membership.
About the search issue, was because you didnt had the sex field selected at Sweetdate > Buddypress section, attached 🙂

    Hi Laura,

yes i know that happens, but how can they sign up if they don’t even know the packages that are available to them? You cannot sign up if you don’t know the packages.

    Can you fix this?
