My name is Liron, and I bought from you Theme + Installation. My contact was Cornel Fratica. Cornel install the theme, but sice the installation I have problems with Facebook registration. This is the email that I wrote Cornel, and he told me that he is on vacation and to open a ticket.

I was trying to solve the Facebook registration bug, and contact to Facebook support. They asked me to provide more details regard the template installation. I’ve attached my conversation with FB bellow. Please help me to solve this issue, I’ts highly important.

Iv’e attached an image that show’s that. I check with my hosting and they told me that I need to contact with you. This is their answer- “Hi, that username is fetched from Facebook. Nithya (FB Team):Hi Liron,Thank you for the information provided but i’m still unable to help you because i’m unable to reproduce the issue nor see the implementation code to help you understand where the issue might be. I’m unable to test any registration on your website either. Without more context it would be extremely difficult to help out. This is most likely an issue with the implementation and so please help me with step-by-step instructions that will help me reproduce the issue along with the code used. Did you get a chance to check out the working example i provided above? You should be able to debug and fix the issues if you use the code from your website in the example and check for errors.
