ParticipantDear Team,
i accidentially deleted the user “sweetadmin”. Now the whole landing page doesn’t look normal any more, it doesn’t show the search fields but a “hello world” site, the backend seems a bit messed up as well.
Can you help me how I can recover this user?
There is also backups of the database, can we extract it from the backup?
Please let me know how to fix this fast, we want to present our site the day after tomorrow.

ModeratorHello, the problem is that after deleting the user, you deleted all pages made by this user, so you need to import the pages again, and everything the user created. If you do have a backup of the database, import the backup so you can recover the user and all pages.

I made many changes e.g. translating the whole website many hours with loco translate and these changes would be lost if we restore the whole backup from one week ago, right?
If that is possible I would be very happy if you can do that for me.
My hosting access is:

Login: ftp12375823-support
Password: support16!
Security has to be set to TLS and Port 21.You also have access to my WordPress Account, which i wrote to you in the first message.

ModeratorHello, do not worry about the translations, the database doesnt have nothing to be with the translation files, they will be there still
