Hi,
1. The widgets depends by activating theme parent or child make sure that you have activated the theme that you have before update child or parent.
2. Go to that page backend and click edit row settings and look for this option : Content position and choose top
3. Try to regenerate the key form themeforest then paste again the key or try to update the theme manually following this link https://archived.seventhqueen.com/documentation/kleo#updates
