Widgets in Footer and sidebars disappear – Content in Columns – Theme update

Hello dear SeventhQueen-Team,

 

for the moment i have three points to solve:

 

1. After updating the cleo theme all the widgets i placed in the sidebars and in the footer disappear. What i have to do to stop this undesirable effect? I work with the activated kleo child theme.

 

2. If i publish a page with 2 ore more Columns, the content will not start at the top of the columns. I’ve created a demopage for you to show you, what i mean. You will find the URL in the private part of the message.

 

3. I’ve tried to update the kleo theme to 4.04, but it didn’t work – see attachement. Maybe i have to contact envato for this problem?

Hi,

1. The widgets depends by activating theme parent or child make sure that you have activated the theme that you have before update child or parent.

2. Go to that page backend and click edit row settings and look for this option : Content position and choose top

3. Try to regenerate the key form themeforest then paste again the key or try to update the theme manually following this link https://archived.seventhqueen.com/documentation/kleo#updates
