I cleared my cache and still get the smaller logo rather than the large. This is on Chrome browser (my primary). I tried on IE and got the same. I also tried on the Sony PlayStation 4 browser and got the same smaller logo versus the logo that fills entire area.

I attached an image I shot towards my TV so you can see what it looks like on PS4 browser.
