Hi,
On my site I have Easy Contact Forms and Gravity Forms – both of which worked fine on my old theme and with Twenty Fourteen, but when Kleo is active, I am unable to use the plugins in the admin area.
For Easy Contact Forms, when I try to edit a form I get the following error popup:
Ajax error. Status =error
Internal Server ErrorAnd in Gravity Forms when I try to create a form, the process just hangs with a spinning disc and I have to exit the form creation popup window.
Obviously something is in conflict but these are important and popular plugins. Please help.
Not very impressed with level of support here! 2 days and no reply.
Don’t bother now though – I managed to solve the problem by increasing my PHP memory allocation to 256M (in Plesk hosting panel).
Hi, indeed that happens due to low memory limit in php ini settings. Sorry for the late reply, we are releasing an update this days and have small delays.
Also in the future you can set wp_debug to true ij wp-config.php to see the actual error from the system.Cheers
