3 or 4 collum footer pages

Hello,

I have tried to make 3 collum footer pages put nothing seems to work out fine.

When i always get a 4 collum footer page. Even i tried to do opting in the webpage menu the 3 page collum footer option.

And on the mobile phone is not showing well also. I dont know to fix it. ( the help with the installion guid works also not no my webiste.

I have put 2 screen shots 1 is the mobile and 2 is the desktop version.

Do you have any idea how to makes this correct?
