Dear support,
I created a 3/4 and 1/4 side-layout; however the 1/4 block will move to the bottom once the page is loaded. Please check the video into the private details section of this ticket.

There is seems to be a bug, we will investigate until we fix the bug please use widgets directly, not in dashboard module.
See below an example of the row http://dancelobby.nl/bedrijvengids that fits ok 8/4 without dashboard item.
