please see the documentation link related to theme updates, manually or automatic.
https://archived.seventhqueen.com/documentation/kleo#updatesKeep in mind that your are doing an update and not an install since you already have Kleo 3.1.x installed.
Giving a 1 star rating and not waiting for an answer here is something that I cannot understand, especially when is not something related to the theme.

When the theme gets properly installed you’ll get 4 stars. Don’t you worry about that!

You don’t have to skip a step, just follow the docs on how to update and read carefully since you don’t copy the Main files folder, just copy the extracted files from kleo.zip found under WordPress. Automatic update should be easier, try that.

to refresh now I used CTRL+F5 in stead of F5And now it works.

Hopefully you can change the Themeforest rating too 🙂

You must be logged in and in the Downloads list you will find KLEO theme and click on the 5 stars ratings to adjust itI don’t know if I understood right but you might want to check this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/bp-disable-activation-reloaded/
