Hi. I am getting some 404 errors on some user pages…not all. We just sent an email blast to 5000 people so we are having some customers sign up with our new website. Some people are getting in fine and I can go to their profile page without problem. You can see who are members here http://homediary.com/members/ and then a member page that displays ok is here http://homediary.com/members/clmt57/
Others, I go to their page and I get the 404 error, such as http://homediary.com/members/TerryTiernan/
I do have wanguard on and w3 total cache but I have tried disabling cache, clearing it out and disabling wanguard and still have the issue. No one is marked as spam either.
I have 55 members and maybe 5 are like this with the 404….
on another issue – the top search box and the 404 page do not have the search working. the search box shows but nothing happens if I type. The search box is removed from the 404 page.
Ideas?

Hi, sorry for the late reply. I don’t know what that could come from but try to resave permalinks. Now that link worked
