I bought this sweet date theme because it looks awesome, but after using it find my hands being tied on many things. This is NOT the best dating software out there. BUYERS BEWARE!! This theme is missing the crucial components of any good dating site.
It is missing a way for members to search for other members within a certain distance from them which renders the theme useless for dating theme which I remind you this theme was made for dating. You’re option is to spend another $165.00 US for the GEO my WP plugin on top of the money you spent for sweet date already.
It is missing a way to block annoying or abusive members rom contacting you which will leave you with a flood of people begging for a feature this theme doesn’t have, again you can download another plugin but it costs you more money.
The theme is not user friendly and ties your hands especially if building on wordpress limiting you to youtube for video downloads
My advise is strongly to keep looking pay a little more and get an all inclusive theme or you will be told over and over that this theme doesn’t have that or we may add that in the future. My opinion is that as long as people have been asking for these features and they are still not part of the theme you are unlikely to EVER see them added.
Hello, thanks for your suggestions and we will consider them for the future. We understand that it does not have all the features you want from a dating site but those can be added by you. It can be a base for your dating site development to customise it for your needs.
