First of all – beautiful theme and I’m excited to use it!
My question is about how to successfully activate Visual Composer.
I want to activate visual composer so i get all the benefits (as I understand Visual Composer comes with Kleo). But, when I go “Activate Visual Composer’ it takes me to the wpbakery support page saying:
NO LICENSES FOUND. It seems that you do not have any valid license for Visual Composer. What does it mean? It may be so that you got Visual Composer by purchasing WordPress theme which does not grant you with direct license for Visual Composer.

Is this normal? Do I need to email them with my item purchase code that came with downloading Kleo?

Hi,
If you can use the plugins please ignore that message, the premium plugins are bundled in our theme and they are somehow pre-activated through our theme, you don’t need a purchase code for the VC to can use the plugin.
The plugins are fully functional, but it you really need the premium benefits of direct customer for VC you should buy a licence, but i repeat, the plugin it’s functional and can be used!

The visual composer doesn’t need to be activating running beside Kleo theme, it’s somehow pre-activated. If doesn’t work as it should check for plugin updates from wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins ,if you will update Visual Composer update also the K-elements plugin if haves update notice.
Also make sure to have latest Kleo Theme ( 4.1.6.2 ) installed

IT is advertised that the theme comes with a full version of visual composer. That means we should be able to activate it in order to download other templates. Am i wrong here?

The premium plugins like revolution slider and visual composer are bundled in our theme and they are somehow preactivated through our theme.
The Visual Composer doesn’t need to be activated with the license like the direct purchase, the plugin it’s activated thru our theme and it’s fully functional

I have the same issue, the Visual Composer won’t upload and won’t even appear in my plugin installation page.
I had another one already install from another template but I prefer working with visual composer.How can I have my Visual Composer?

Hi,
Make sure you have latest theme version and also check if under wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins you have any update notification for the visual composer plugin and k-elements, update those then check again.If it’s the same, go to wp-admin -> plugins de-activate Visual Composer and delete it then go to : wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins and install it.
