Activation Emails not sent for new registered users

Hello,

kindly advice, email not sent for newly registration manually and facebook.

But admin did they receive that have new register user.

For facebook, they should receive their username and password once they activated the option and reeive true email is not working.

Hi Radu,

After installing Membership plugin gets this issue.

Not able to recieve notification when your changing admin email in general settings.
Activating account notification tue social media login, even sending manually from dashboard/users

I used this plugin to solve the issue. https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/ with gmail G Suite.

I did the option you mention.

Activate kleo theme, logging in true Facebook and manual registration, user and admin not able to receive notification.

Activate wp default theme, manual registration, user and admin not able to receive notification.

Admin user new registration not able to receive too.

Only reset notification is able to receive.

Install new fresh wordpress working fine.

Hi,

First try to go to wp-admin -> Tools -> Buddypress – reinstall emails

this issue was in past and it was directly related to the buddypress, it was a bug there…

Make sure to have latest theme version! !important

Make also to have latest buddypress version, delete current and get new version from repo. !important

If it’s the same try by going to wp-admin -> tools – Buddypress – reinstall emails

Same issue,facebook login users not able to recieve copy of their user password.

If you login with facebbok from what i know you don’t see any password and you will have to chnge it. Or instead loggining to the website with email and pass you can everytime login with facebook.

Then if you say that you not receive emails in other cases you will have to install and configure this : https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/

Since the code it’s correct and works for other users. Maybe there should be configured the mail server.

#209770 work fine, now i am able to received notification to change password after logging in using facebook button. but… i received two email notification same time same content.
