Activation Key

When I updated to the 4.0.4 version tonight, the home page of the staging environment displays “Enter Activation Key”  (see attached png) and will not display the actual home page content: staging1.sladegrove.com/home

Where did this come from? I can’t find anything in my page design that’s asking for an activation key, especially on the home page itself.

can you tell me where this is coming from and why the home page content isn’t being displayed? I tried using the Kleo purchase code and it said it was invalid, so I’m not sure where this is even coming from.

Hi,

It seems that you have set to be home that page named “Activate” this page is responsible for user activation key from the email, you will have to set your desired page to be homepage by going to wp-admin -> settings -> reading -> Front page displays -> A static page (select below) -> A static page (select below) -> choose your page then save.
