Activation Key Error

Hi there,

 

I have the following issue.

 

Once a user registers, they will receive an email with an activation link. Once they click it, they will be redirected to a page that asks them for an activation key (see enclosed picture). I don’t even know where to find such a key, let alone my users haha.

 

I searched for solutions online and found the following: https://buddypress.org/support/topic/buddypress-3-1-0-is-now-available/

Seems like an error due to the combination between KLEO and Buddypress. Is this something you can help me solve?
