Where do I edit the reply-to name and email address that appears in the activation emails? I’ve looked for 30 minutes, in every location I can think of to check!

Hi, That comes from WordPress itself and you need to install a plugin to change that. Plugin example: http://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mailfrom-ii/
