Hello my clients who try to signup for our sweetdate webpage are told they are being sent an activation email but are not getting the activation email to continue to setup and join our site. As the owner of the site I also tried it by setting up a fake profile and it would not send me an activation email and therefore I could not join the site.
October 23, 2018 at 22:51 #212097cherrieParticipantCorrection: I did get an email to activate the new client account but when it goes to the website it asks for an activation key code. There is no activation key code given.

So now problem is bigger help.October 31, 2018 at 00:39 #212448LauraModeratorHello, you are using an older version of sweetdate (2.9) so it may not be compatible with the latest version of buddypress, you may need to update the theme
