Activity Page and activity stream configuration

Hello,

When I use the Activity Page included in the Visual Composer items I can’t edit at all what it is showed there. Is there a way to control what it is displayed in the activity stream. For example is there a way to hide the “Someone changed their profile picture” after it is done a couple of times in a row? I mean there are some activity streams that I would like to hide completely such us the “someone became a registered member” and there are some others like the “Someone changed their profile picture” that I would like to limit the times it appears if someone changes his/her picture 5 in a row. I think the activity stream should not show all of those changed profile pictures streams but only the last 2 ones, for example.

I’ve tried to look for information in the internet but I haven’t found info that really works?

Would you mind to suggest a way to do it.
