Hello,
I want to set up the site wide activety but only for friends (like facebook)
And i want that when users log in they aut. go to that page.
How can i solve this?

You can do that with pmpro or with this plugin : https://wordpress.org/plugins/restrict-content/
Install it and then go to your desired page and set the level for who is able to see the page.

When buddy18 log in he go to http://www.buddy18.com/members/buddy18/activity/friends/
And so on.
Is this possible?

By default you cannot do that, you need to search on google or on buddypress forums for a plugin or a custom code that allows you to to that
