Activity Stream Input Disabled in Mobile

Hi again,
I’ve just noticed that it’s impossible to upload/add new activity updates on mobile layout. It’s fine on desktop r tablet, but on mobile there’s no place to enter updates. Is this normal? Here’s a screenshot for reference.
